The Cuban singer Amanda Sanz, former partner of content creator Jorge Batista, known as Ultrack, publicly stated that she will not allow her daughters, Libertad and Victoria, to spend more time with their father until both confront each other in a legal custody process. The artist confirmed this during a live broadcast on TikTok, where she made it clear that her decision is final.

“For those who don’t know, the girls won’t be going with Ultrack until he takes me to court. But since he said he won’t take me, then they won’t go until I take him to court. I’m going to start all the processes now,” Amanda expressed, visibly upset, making it clear that she is willing to go to great lengths to ensure the well-being of her daughters.

The interpreter explained that her decision comes after months of tension with her ex-partner and receiving negative messages related to him. She stated that she is "tired of putting up with it" and does not intend to remain silent in the face of new provocations. "If he mentions me again, I will say everything. I'm not going to stay quiet anymore," she warned in a firm tone, hinting that she might reveal details of their relationship if the influencer continues to speak about her.

The conflict between the two reignited recently after Ultrack hinted during a live stream that Amanda may have been unfaithful in the past. The creator also expressed his displeasure over the fact that the singer talks about their daughters on social media, something that, according to her, was the last straw. “Don’t come to me on social media with the 'great feat' that the girls spent their birthday with you. Don’t do it. If you want to spend time with your daughters, you know where you need to go. I told you that they weren’t going with you anymore,” she stated emphatically.

Amanda also took the opportunity to criticize Ultrack's attitude and question his role as a father. “The fact that you spent the birthdays of Libertad and Victoria is not an achievement; it doesn't make you a better dad. Do you need a reward for that?” she said, insisting that fatherhood goes beyond sporadic appearances or gestures on social media. “I’m not going to stay silent about anything you say anymore. I will respond to any grimace you make at me,” she added, making it clear that she will no longer tolerate attacks or insinuations.

Amanda's statements sparked intense debate on social media. Many supporters praised her for prioritizing the well-being of her daughters and seeking a legal solution, while others criticized her for re-exposing her personal life. Meanwhile, it seems that the conflict between Ultrack and Amanda will be resolved before a judge.
