The Cuban influencer Jorge Batista, known on social media as Ultrack, came out to clarify the controversy generated by his partner, content creator Claudia Artiles, following the statements she made in a TikTok live where she mentioned receiving a deportation letter. The confession sparked a wave of speculation regarding her immigration status in the United States and her future in the country.

In a new video posted on their social media, Ultrack explained that it was all a misunderstanding and that Claudia is not currently facing any deportation order. He recounted that some time ago, Artiles arrived late to an immigration appointment due to the distance from the court, which resulted in the issuance of a deportation letter. However, on that same day, she spoke with an officer, explained that she had just given birth to her son Marlon, and after that conversation, the official revoked the document and granted her a one-year parole.

Ultrack assured that, thanks to that permit, Claudia was able to process her legal documents in the United States, including her Social Security number, state identification, and work permit, and added that she is currently waiting for the approval of her residency under the Cuban Adjustment Act. “She does not have a deportation letter,” the influencer stated emphatically, dispelling rumors that circulated on TikTok and other platforms.

The creator also took the opportunity to respond to those who accuse him of distancing himself from political issues out of fear of affecting his immigration status. In his message, he emphasized that his principles remain unwavering and that his stance against the Cuban regime has not changed. “My principles against communism are non-negotiable. Not for a woman, nor for my family in Cuba, nor for my son. I am anti-communist, but I will not belong to a circus,” he stated.

The Ultrack video, which quickly reached tens of thousands of views, generated mixed reactions among users. Some supported it and appreciated the clarification, stating that the explanation aligned with what Claudia had initially said. Others, however, questioned the account, pointing out that an immigration officer cannot revoke a deportation order and that such actions can only be overturned by a judge.

Several followers also criticized the way Claudia expressed herself during her live stream, considering it unclear and confusing. Some suggested that she should be more reserved when discussing legal matters on social media to avoid misunderstandings. "She should learn to explain herself better and not provide so many details about her case, because people misinterpret everything," commented one user.

Despite the controversy, Ultrack and Claudia Artiles remain active on their social media, where they share their family life in Miami and their daily routine. The influencer concluded his statement by reaffirming that he will continue to work in what he loves without abandoning his ideals. “I have shown that whether I speak about the dictatorship or not, I live, because I am a content creator,” he concluded.
