The United States dollar (USD) is quoted today, Friday, November 21, 2025, at 435 Cuban pesos (CUP) in the informal market, similar to the previous day, according to the rate published by elTOQUE.

This value reflects the ongoing pressure of demand on the U.S. dollar, which remains one of the most sought-after currencies by Cubans for savings, trade, and family remittances.

The euro (EUR), for its part, remained stable as well, with an exchange rate of 490 Cuban pesos, consolidating its position as the highest-valued currency in informal exchanges. It continues to be of interest to those conducting transactions or receiving income from Europe.

Meanwhile, the Freely Convertible Currency (MLC) surprised with an unexpected increase in value of 10 Cuban pesos more compared to Thursday. It is currently priced at 220 CUP.
