The YouTuber Dina Stars and the singer Melanie Santiler had an unexpected meeting in Madrid, where they shared a moment of camaraderie that quickly went viral on social media.
The Cuban women, very popular on social media, recorded a reel together on Instagram in which they perform the song "Deja la sonsera," one of Santiler's recent hits. The music video premiered two weeks ago in Havana and is nearing 200,000 views on YouTube.
The meeting took place after the concert of Melanie Santiler on November 20 at the Sala Clamores, where she achieved a sold-out performance and captivated the audience with her energy, voice, and authenticity.
The artist, who is establishing herself as one of the new promises of music on the island, managed to unite the Cuban community residing in the Spanish capital, which enthusiastically sang along to her songs.
Dina Stars, known for her controversial and entertaining content on social media, has been living in Spain since her departure from Cuba following the protests on July 11, 2021. This summer, she returned to Havana for the first time to visit her mother and went back to Madrid after her vacation.
