The Cuban presenter Alexander Otaola has expanded his real estate portfolio with the acquisition of a new property valued at over one million dollars, located in Miami-Dade County, adjacent to his ranch in the Redland/Homestead area.
The spectacular property was on the market for nearly 1.5 million dollars. It sits on a lot of approximately five acres and features a home that has been recently renovated, both inside and out.

The house features four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a kitchen with a movable island, formal living and dining rooms, a family room, a double garage, and a veranda-style patio with a mosquito screen, perfect for enjoying the rural surroundings.
"The house doesn't appeal to me, although many say it's better than the current one," said the influencer this Thursday on his show Hola Otaola, and on his Facebook profile, he shared images of the estate so his fans can see everything it contains.
The land includes auxiliary buildings, sheds, greenhouses, and areas for livestock, which reinforces the rural lifestyle that characterizes the properties of the communicator.
Otaola shared images of the property on his social media under the hashtag #DesdeElRancho. The influencer continues to strengthen his presence in the real estate market of South Florida, employing a strategy that combines privacy, expansion, and an increase in his asset value.
