The Cuban content creator Claudia Artiles shared an emotional video on TikTok with her son Marlon, whom she hadn't seen for eleven days. “Marlon is back, after 11 days without seeing him,” she wrote alongside the images where she is seen hugging and kissing him, while the little one seems more focused on watching television. The clip quickly filled with comments and surpassed 28,000 reactions in just a few hours.
Although the post was filled with affection, some users took the opportunity to leave criticisms. One follower commented that the child "was happier with his father," while another suggested that she should work less to "spend more time with him." But Claudia, staying true to her direct style, did not let the comments go unnoticed and responded with irony: "Are you saying that he doesn't love me? Ma'am, can't you see he was watching TV and I came to bother him? If his dad shows him love every three months and I’m with him all the time."
Claudia's responses sparked even more debate. While some insisted on questioning her, many others came to her defense, highlighting her dedication as a mother and the bond she shares with her child. "She is an excellent mom; kids are like that, sometimes they are more attached to dad or mom, but the love is there," wrote a follower.
