The Cuban singer Hallel Génesis is making headlines again with a video that blends humor, nostalgia, and a clear nod to one of the most talked-about periods of her life. In the clip shared on her social media, she is seen dressed in camouflage as she approaches a crocodile and says with laughter:
"Sir, look who has come to visit. My love, did you miss your mommy? Mommy is on her way to you, my love. Don’t worry, mommy is winning the lawsuit. Little crocodile, daddy, mommy loves you."
Although the animal is not Cocodrilín, the famous alligator that became part of his story with rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, fans quickly noticed the reference. The video amassed hundreds of comments and memes that revived that viral phase of the singer.
“Mami, what you're going to win is a ticket to the other world,” wrote a user amid laughter. Others repeated the phrase from the video —“Already, mommy is winning the lawsuit”— which became a trend among her followers. Some warned about the danger of getting so close to the animal, while others celebrated her sense of humor.
The publication comes almost a year after she began her brief relationship with Daniel Hernández, better known as Tekashi 6ix9ine, who is currently in prison and is in a relationship with another Cuban, Aliday Alter. Hallel, for her part, continues to focus on her career and on connecting with her audience through social media, where each of her appearances sparks conversation.
With his mixture of irony, charisma, and confidence, Hallel once again became the topic of the day. And if the comments proved anything, it’s that the public has not yet forgotten the story of the most famous crocodile in the urban genre.
