A video shared on TikTok has generated numerous reactions after showing a driver who allegedly was driving in the wrong lane at an intersection in Miami.
The images, posted by the user @reldy92, show a Jeep-type vehicle stopped at a red traffic light, apparently located on the other side of the double yellow line that divides the two directions of the road.
“Look at the drivers in Miami! It looks like they’re heading to the left, they’re over on that side of the two lines, good Lord,” comments the person recording the video, surprised by the position of the car.
The recording shows how the vehicle remains stationary while other cars pass normally in their respective lanes. The scene has been interpreted by several users as a possible confusion with the road signage.
The video has sparked divided opinions on social media. Some reacted with humor. “Poor thing, and to think that I was once him,” wrote one internet user. Another commented sarcastically, “That’s so you wouldn’t have to wait if you were going to turn right.”
There were also some who suggested that the driver might have confused the intersection. “He thought it was a four-way one-way street,” commented another user.
