The Cuban influencer Amanda Camaraza visited the jewelry store CRM Jewelers in Miami with a clear goal: to acquire a gold Rolex. The issue was her budget: “I don't want to go over 10”, she stated during her visit, referring to $10,000 USD, an amount that proved insufficient for the watch she had in mind.
The video, posted on the YouTube channel "CRM Jewelers en Español," quickly went viral and generated hundreds of comments, largely due to the humorous situation that arose when the jewelry store owner, Carlos Marcelin —known as "Mr. CRM"— had to explain to Amanda that authentic solid gold Rolex watches far exceed that limit.
The basic new models of Rolex start at around $8,500 USD, while full gold models can reach between $33,000 and $70,000, according to documented negotiations in the jewelry's own channel.
It's not the first time Amanda has had a memorable moment at CRM Jewelers. In another video on the channel, Amanda's credit card was declined while trying to purchase a gold Rolex, in a tense yet humorous exchange that garnered 46,000 views.
Amanda Camaraza is one of the most followed Cuban influencers in the diaspora, with over a million followers on Instagram. Her content is characterized by genuine humor and a connection with the Cuban-American community, which has made her a recurring client of the CRM Jewelers channel.
Last year was particularly active for her: she bought her first house in the United States in April 2025, and in May she gave birth to her first child, Marcello, alongside her partner, entrepreneur Manuel Alejandro Pérez Odicio.
In January 2026, Amanda was involved in a traffic accident with her Tesla Cybertruck in Miami, although there were no injuries. And this month she shared a reel showcasing an hourglass tattoo with the message that "time is the most important thing."
CRM Jewelers is a family-owned jewelry store of Cuban origin founded in 2013 in Downtown Miami. The Marcelin family emigrated from Cuba to the United States in the 1980s and 1990s, and rebuilt their business in Miami's Jewelry District. Today, the channel boasts over one million followers in 170 countries, thanks to its real-time negotiation format with clients, many of whom are public figures from the Cuban community.
Amanda's video featuring her $10,000 budget for a gold Rolex adds to a long list of viral moments that have made CRM Jewelers one of the most popular entertainment channels among Cubans in the diaspora.
