The Cuban influencer and model Juliette Valle Share with her followers a tour of what is now her first home in the United States, a property that represents one of the most significant achievements of her life since arriving in the country.

Visibly excited, Juliette showcased every corner of the home and took the opportunity to respond to those who had ever doubted her ability to become a homeowner.

“Finally, thanks to God, all the saints, the universe and everything that exists, and my effort, we have property, our first property, my first little house here in the United States,” she stated at the beginning of the video.

The property, located in the Miami area, features a pool, a terrace with a pergola, a garage, three bedrooms—one of which is adapted as an efficiency—a kitchen, and a small separate structure by the pool.

But for Juliette, this is just the beginning. The influencer already has several projects in mind to transform the house to her liking. Among them are renovating the kitchen, updating both bathrooms, refreshing the main living area, and turning the garage into an office.

During the tour, he also responded to a user who had questioned on social media whether he really had the income necessary to purchase a property in the United States.

"You don’t know how I manage my finances, how I handle my money; you don’t know anything," he replied bluntly.

Juliette explained that she had been preparing for this step for a while and that much of the process was made possible thanks to careful financial planning.

“I am a resident. I have had my companies established for over two years. I have prepared to buy houses. I have my taxes, everything is up to date and done properly. That’s why the process was so straightforward for me,” he commented.

In addition, he took the opportunity to clarify a common question within the Cuban community. As he explained, individuals with I-220A status can also purchase properties in the United States, although they currently do not have access to certain mortgage programs backed by the federal government.

One of the most personal moments of the video came when she recalled that it rained on the day the purchase was finalized, something that holds a special significance for her.

"When I left Cuba, it rained that day. The day they released me here in the United States, when I exited the detention center, it rained. And the day I bought the house, it also rained," he recounted.

The content creator believes that these coincidences are a kind of sign that has accompanied some of the most important moments of her life.

The tour of the house also marked her return to YouTube after several months away from the platform, allowing her to share in greater detail a phase that she describes as the result of years of sacrifice, organization, and perseverance.

The publication arrives in a week that is particularly significant for Juliette, who also publicly showcased her relationship with Randy Fernández, making it clear that she is going through a period of important changes both personally and professionally.
