The Cuban influencer Amanda Camaraza closed the purchase of her second property in Florida this week, and the celebration couldn't have been more emotional: champagne bottle in hand, balloon arch at the door, and her best friend—who is also her real estate agent—revealing the price of the home on Instagram: 1.3 million dollars.
It was Amanda herself who shared the moment in her stories with a message full of gratitude: "A year ago, I bought my first house with this wonderful team. Today I'm here again buying my second property. It's divine how God puts incredible people in my path who make everything easier."
The figure was revealed by Jacqueline Cabrera, a real estate agent and best friend of Amanda, who posted on her account: "POV: You close the purchase of a $1.3 million house (and she is your best friend) @caamy_98".
The new home is a modern two-story house with a white façade, wooden details in a brown tone, a black roof, a double garage with a dark glass door, and golden finishes. In the images in front of the property, Amanda is seen alongside her partner and their baby Marcello, holding a pink sign that reads: "NEW Home. Thanks to My Realtor. Jacqueline Cabrera."
This second purchase comes about a year after Amanda acquired her first home in the United States in April 2025, a milestone she also celebrated grandly on social media.
Since then, the content creator has not stopped: she surpassed one million followers on Instagram in June 2025, welcomed Marcello in May of the same year, and in her role as a businesswoman, she has continued to grow.
Amanda closed her story with a simple yet eloquent: "It happened!!!", which perfectly summarizes the feelings of the Cuban community that follows her every time this young woman from Miami shows that dreams can come true with hard work and the right people by your side.
