Ingredients:
- 2 small avocados
- Salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 packet of peas
- For the filling:
- 2 cups of boiled lobster
- 3/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 lettuce
- 4 stuffed olives
Instructions:
Cut the avocados in half. Remove the pit and the skin. Gently pierce them several times with a fork. Then season them to your taste with salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar.
Use the lobster meat extracted from the shell and the bases of the antennas and legs, known as "lobster claws." This is the best way to make the most of this exquisite product. Mix the lobster meat with mayonnaise, ketchup, and soy sauce. Add the petit pois and fill the avocado halves. Decorate each half with olives and strips of bell peppers. Serve them on fresh lettuce leaves.
