Note:
Creole recipe to prepare white rice in a different way and serve as a side dish for meats.
Ingredients:

2 cups of rice 2 ¼ cups of water 1 clove of garlic or ¼ teaspoon of garlic salt 2 teaspoons of oil 2 teaspoons of lemon juice

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in the pressure cooker to heat except for the rice. When the water is boiling vigorously, add the two cups of rice. Stir gently to mix it and then cover the pot. When it reaches 15 pounds of pressure, reduce the heat and start timing. After 8 minutes have passed, cool the pot in water so that the pressure drops quickly. As soon as the pressure drops, remove the indicator and uncover the pot. Stir the rice with a fork and remove it from the pot.
