Oven-roasted shrimp with potatoes, onion, and bell pepper.

Note:
This is an ideal recipe for a quick and nutritious meal. It is very easy to make and can be cooking in the oven while you do other tasks or prepare another dish. Don't miss the recipe because it's so good that you'll want to repeat it many times. You can substitute the shrimp for meats, sausages, or hamburgers.
Ingredients:
  • 10 large cold shrimp
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • Âœ red bell pepper
  • Salt, pepper, and oregano to taste
  • Olive oil
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200ÂșC.

Wash the potatoes and cut them into rounds of approximately 1cm thick. Cut the onion into rounds and the pepper into strips.

In the baking tray, place parchment paper. Arrange the potato slices on top so they are not piled up, then add the shrimp, and finally put the onion rings and the strips of bell pepper on top of them.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste. Add a thin drizzle of olive oil so that it is as evenly distributed as possible.

Bake it for 15 minutes at 180ÂșC. Remember that the time may vary depending on the characteristics of each oven and the amounts of ingredients you use.
