Ingredients:
2 cups of peas
1 cup of potatoes
1 cup of carrots
½ medium onion
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of broth
1 tablespoon of butter
Toasted bread pieces (amount to taste)
Instructions:
Soften the peas. Add the potato, carrot, onion, and salt, and let it cook. Blend and strain. Add the butter and adjust the thickness of the cream. Serve with bread.
