Ingredients:
5 or 6 crabs 1/2 cup of oil. 1 onion. 3 cloves of garlic. 1 large chili pepper. 1/2 cup of parsley. 1 can of tomato sauce. 1 can of bell peppers. 1/2 cup of dry wine. 1 teaspoon of vinegar. 1 bay leaf. 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt. 1 teaspoon of soy sauce. 1 teaspoon of hot sauce.
Instructions:
Use 5 or 6 crabs, depending on their size. Kill them, clean them, and wash them under running water, remove the claws, take off the shell, and lightly crush the claws with the pestle. Cut the meat into pieces and, if the claws are too large, you can cut them in half. Sauté them in oil and proceed as indicated in the recipe for spicy shrimp.
