- 6 beef steaks
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sour orange
- 1 onion
- 1 large chili
- 3 oil tablespoons
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- ½ cup dry wine
Mash the meat and season it with the macerated garlic and sour orange juice. Cover it with the chili and when the onion and chili are cooked a little, add the marinade liquid and the other ingredients.

Cover the saucepan tightly and cook over low heat until soft.
