- 2 kg of pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons of cumin
- 1 tablespoon of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 2 tablespoons of dried parsley
- Olive oil
- ½ cup of broth or water
Place the meat in a deep and wide container. Gradually add all the herbs and spices mentioned in the recipe. Add a drizzle of olive oil and mix, generously kneading the meat so that it absorbs these delicious flavors.
In a large skillet, lightly heat a bit of oil. Before it reaches a high temperature, add all the ribs and let them cook for about 5 minutes.
After this time, turn them over and let them cook for another 5 minutes. Remove them and arrange them on the baking tray. Preheat the oven to 325°F (170°C).
Take advantage of the residue in the pan by adding half a cup of water or broth. The juice you obtain, add it to the meat that you set aside in the tray. Cover everything with aluminum foil and bake it for 1 ½ hours at 325ºF (170ºC).
The time may vary depending on the amounts you use for your recipe and the particular characteristics of each oven. Keep this in mind.
These delicious ribs can be accompanied by a healthy salad as our chef suggests. You can also choose other side dishes from our recipes on CiberCuba Cocina.
