Ingredients:
- 2 liters of milk
- 1 pound of white sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 green lime
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 3 drops of vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions:
Mix the milk and sugar well. Add the egg yolks and the juice of half a lemon. Once everything is well combined, strain it through a sieve. Add the vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and the grated peel of half a lemon. Let this mixture rest for half an hour. Heat it over high heat until it comes to a boil. Lower the heat to medium and stir occasionally. When the sweet is golden and the syrup reaches its point, it is ready.
