Ingredients:
- 1 liter of milk
- 6 egg yolks
- 4 large tablespoons of cornstarch
- 6 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence to taste
- cinnamon to taste
Instructions:
Place the egg yolks, cornflour, sugar, vanilla and milk in a container. Mix until everything is well diluted. Strain this mixture and put it on low heat. Stir continuously, being careful so that the cornflour does not form clumps. Prepare a large mold with caramel in the bottom or individual molds. When you can see the bottom when stirring the custard, you should remove it from the heat. Pour the custard into the molds you chose for the dessert presentation. Dust with cinnamon. Serve it cold, you can accompany it with sweet cookies.
