Vegetable crudité salads are very fresh and natural recipes. These dishes are perfect for people who exercise, those on a medical diet due to overweight, or anyone looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The Crudité Salad we suggest has a wonderfully crunchy texture and a delightful mix of flavors. It should be prepared a little in advance to allow the vegetables to marinate in the dressing. It's delicious and quick to make, making it an ideal accompaniment to meats and fish. We hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients:
- ½ finely grated carrot
- 1 tablespoon of sweet corn kernels
- 1 handful of olives of your choice
- Fresh cow's cheese cubes
- ½ cucumber, cut into small pieces
Instructions:
We wash the vegetables and cut them. We mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl. Since we will be consuming the vegetables raw, it is essential that they are thoroughly washed before chopping.

We dressed everything with the vinaigrette and let it rest for a few minutes in the fridge so that the vegetables could marinate slightly with the dressing.
When serving, we can add nuts. The most commonly used ones in Cuba are sesame seeds, raisins, and peanuts.
