10 finely chopped green onion leaves
For the dressing
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of vinegar

Instructions:
Thoroughly mix the dressing ingredients, whisking vigorously until you achieve a smooth consistency. Pour it over the Chinese cabbage, which has already been combined with the pineapple and chives, just before serving.
