2 cups of Chinese cabbage cut into small strips
½ cup of pineapple chopped into small cubes
10 leaves of finely chopped scallions
For the dressing
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of vinegar
½ tablespoon of oil
½ teaspoon of ginger
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mix the dressing ingredients well, whisking them vigorously until you achieve a homogeneous mixture. Pour it over the Chinese cabbage, previously mixed with pineapple and chives, at the moment of serving.
