Ingredients:
4 small lobsters, 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, ground pepper to taste.
Instructions:
Cook the lobsters in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Lower the heat and keep them for another 10 minutes (depending on the size). Remove the lobsters from the water, and when they cool down, peel and slice them into rounds. Wash the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and chop them. Peel and slice the onion. Mix the tomatoes with the onion, lemon juice, oil, and vinegar, and pour it all over the lobsters, allowing them to rest for about 15 minutes to absorb the dressing. Serve the salad accompanied by lettuce.
