Wash the vegetables and fruits. They will be consumed raw, so it's important not to skip this step.

Use another knife and make sure the cutting board is clean to avoid contaminating the vegetables with meat juices. Cut the vegetables to your liking, keeping in mind that there is a balance among all the elements. Do the same with the fruits.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to your liking.
To assemble this dish, first place the salad with its dressing, and on top of it, add the sliced chicken breast. Finally, sprinkle some almonds and a touch of coarse salt.
