Ingredients:
  • 3 fillets of fish (Snapper)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 5 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 ml of cream
  • 100 ml of white wine
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion, finely julienned
Instructions:

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper to your taste. In a hot pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until golden. Add the cream, and before it thickens, pour in the wine. Once it starts to boil, add the fish fillets and cover them with the sauce. Let them cook covered for 10 minutes. Add the lemon juice, capers, and onion. Cover again and let it cook on low heat for another 5 minutes, or until the onion changes color and becomes translucent.

Serve hot and handle it carefully to avoid breaking the fish fillet. Cover it with the sauce, plenty of onions, and capers. You can accompany it with roasted potatoes, white rice, or a seasonal salad.
