Pineapple Flan

Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk1 small can of heavy cream6 eggs1 large can of sliced pineappleFor the caramel:1/2 cup of sugar1/4 cup of water
Instructions:
Pour the sugar and water into the mold and put it on the heat to make the caramel. (Do not brown it too much because otherwise it will have a bitter taste). Move the flan pan so that all sides are coated with caramel. Separately, mix the condensed milk, cream, eggs and drained pineapple cut into small pieces (leave 4 slices for decoration). Pour the mixture into the caramel mold. Cover it with aluminum foil and place it in a water bath in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes (or until a knife inserted comes out clean). Let cool and unmold. Garnish with reserved pineapple slices and cherries.
