Ingredients:
2 cups of raw red beans
1 medium onion
6 scallion leaves
6 cloves of garlic
2 bunches of cilantro
2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
Choose the beans, wash them thoroughly, and soak them for six to eight hours. Cook them in salted water until they are tender. Drain them and pass them through a grinder along with the onion, green onions, garlic, and cilantro. Then, sauté this mixture in oil for a few minutes and serve it hot, either with rice or as a filling for roasted peppers and tomatoes.
