Ingredients:
2 cups of raw red beans 1 medium onion 6 green onion leaves 6 cloves of garlic 2 sprigs of cilantro 2 tablespoons of oil 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
Choose the beans, wash them well, and let them soak for six to eight hours. Cook them in salted water until they soften. Drain them and pass them through the grinder along with the onion, green onions, garlic, and cilantro. Then, this mixture is sautéed in oil for a few minutes and served hot, with rice, or as a filling for roasted peppers and tomatoes.
