Ingredients:
2 cups of corn flour 6 cups of water 2 teaspoons of salt cinnamon or lemon peel 1 1/4 cups of milk 1 1/2 cups of sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Instructions:
Cook the flour with water, salt, and cinnamon or lemon peel. When it is thick enough, add the sweetened milk, and cook it again for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot. When removing it from the heat, add the vanilla. It can be served hot or cold.
