Ingredients:
1 pound of peeled fruits Juice of 1 orange Juice of ½ lemon 1 ½ pounds of powdered sugar 2 cups of cream or evaporated milk
Instructions:
Dissolve the pulp of the fruits until obtaining a thick puree. Place it in a glass container, add the strained orange and lemon juice. Incorporate the sugar and keep it in the refrigerator until the next day. Then, whip the cream until thickened and mix it with the previous preparation. Place the mixture in the chosen mold and put it in the freezer.
