Ingredients:
1 pound of peeled fruit Juice of 1 orange Juice of ½ lemon 1 ½ pounds of powdered sugar 2 cups of cream or evaporated milk
Instructions:
Break down the fruit pulp until you obtain a thick puree. Place it in a glass container, add the strained orange and lemon juice. Incorporate the sugar and keep it in the refrigerator until the next day. Then, whip the cream until it thickens and mix it with the previous preparation. Pour the mixture into the chosen mold and place it in the freezer.
