Ingredients:
6 ripe bananas 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk 1/8 tsp. of salt 3 egg whites 3 tbsp. of sugar
Instructions:
Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork until they form a purée. Mix the purée with the condensed milk and salt. Pour it into the ice tray of the freezer to chill without allowing it to harden. Prepare a simple meringue by beating the egg whites and sugar. Combine the meringue with the banana mixture and milk. Pour everything back into the refrigerator tray. Let it chill until it sets.
