Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 100 grams of cream cheese
- 1 small onion
- 4 tablespoons of ground ham
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes. If you exceed this time, the yolk changes color, which is not ideal. Allow them to cool, remove the shells, and cut them in half. Carefully take out the yolks and set the whites aside.
Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise, cream cheese, onion, ground ham, or any ingredient of your choice, creating a thick paste for stuffing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fill the reserved egg whites with this mixture. You can garnish with small pieces of colorful peppers, very finely chopped parsley or chives, or sprinkle with paprika.
