This avocado paste recipe for snacks is perfect for taking advantage of those avocados that have ripened too quickly and that we don’t want to eat in a salad. You can try it with bread and crackers. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of mashed avocado (1 medium avocado)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of garlic paste or aioli
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Instructions:
It is recommended to use fully ripe avocados for this preparation.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the flesh, and mash it.
Season to taste and mix in the lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic paste.
Mix well and serve on toast, crackers, or bread. It can also be paired with some meats and vegetables.
