Ingredients:
- olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt
- pepper
- 1 onion
- bread
- 350 grams of green beans
Instructions:
Place the beans in a bowl, cover them with water, and let them soak for about 11 hours. Drain them and put them in a pot with double the amount of water. Add chopped onion and let everything simmer over low heat for about 2 hours. Toast slices of bread and rub them with garlic, salt, and plenty of olive oil. Serve the beans with a pinch of pepper and drizzled with olive oil, alongside the toasted bread.
