The recipe for fried pork is very simple and results in a delicious dish that can be served alongside white rice and black beans. Ingredients:
- 500 grams of pork meat
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pork lard
- Onion
Instructions:
The pork is cut into pieces and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Then place it in a pot with a little water and not very hot fat. Cook it until all the juices are reduced. Preferably use medium heat until the meat is tender.
Before taking them out, increase the heat for a few minutes so they brown well on the outside.
A sour orange sauce with garlic and onion can be added for the presentation of the dish.
It is a delicious recipe.
