The fried pork recipe is very simple and is a delicious dish that can be served with white rice and black beans. On this occasion Chef Iván presented them accompanied by a delicious banana Fufú. - 500 grams of pork
- Shall
- Pepper
- Lard
- Onion
Instructions:
Cut the pork into pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Then put it in a saucepan with a little water and not very hot butter. Cook it until all the juices are reduced. Preferably use medium heat until the meat is tender.
Before removing them, increase the heat for a few minutes so that they brown well on the outside.
You can add a sour orange mojo with garlic and onion to present the dish.
