- 1 eggplant
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- ½ onion
- ½ cup of tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tuna
- Ham
- Olives
- Chicken or turkey nuggets
Optional ingredients:
Wash the eggplant and cut it into slices 1 cm thick.

Place the wheels on a baking tray previously greased with oil, or if possible, on parchment paper, as this will prevent the pizzas from sticking to the tray.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC
Season the eggplant slices with salt and pepper, then coat them with tomato sauce. Next, sprinkle grated cheese on top and add your preferred ingredients. In this case, I used tuna and onion, which taste wonderful.
Place the tray in the center of the oven so it receives heat from both the top and the bottom. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. The time will depend on the characteristics of your oven and the amount of eggplant you are preparing.
