- 1 eggplant
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- œ onion
- œ cup of tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tuna
- Ham
- Olives
- Chicken or turkey croquettes
Optional ingredients:
Wash the eggplant and cut it into 1cm thick slices.
Place the wheels on the baking tray previously greased with oil, or if possible, on baking parchment, as this will prevent the pizzas from sticking to the tray.
Preheat the oven to 180ÂșC.
Season the eggplant wheels with salt and pepper and spread tomato sauce on them. Then add grated cheese and top with your preferred ingredients. In this case, I used tuna and onion, they turn out divine.
Place the tray in the center of the oven so that it receives heat from above and below. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. The time will depend on the characteristics of your oven and the amount of eggplant you are preparing.
