- 1 eggplant
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- ½ onion
- ½ cup of tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tuna
- Ham
- Olives
- Chicken or turkey meatballs
Optional ingredients:
Wash the eggplant and cut it into 1cm thick slices.
Place the wheels on the baking tray previously greased with oil, or if possible on baking parchment, as this way prevents the pizzas from sticking to the tray.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Season the eggplant wheels and spread tomato sauce on them. Then sprinkle grated cheese and add your preferred ingredients on top. In this case, I used tuna and onion, they turn out divine.
Place the tray in the center of the oven so it receives heat from above and below. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. The time will depend on the characteristics of your oven and the amount of eggplant you are preparing.
