Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg of potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of grated cheese
- 1/2 onion sliced
- pepper
- oregano
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 jar of cream
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 150 g of ham
- 4 tablespoons of oil
Instructions:
Wash the potatoes and boil them unpeeled. Remove the skin and cut into slices 1/2 centimeter wide. Place a third of them at the bottom of a baking dish. Fry the onion in half of the oil over low heat. Place half of it over the layer of potatoes and add half of the chopped ham.
Add another layer of potatoes, the remaining portion of onion and ham, cover with the last potatoes and pour the following mixture on top. Beat the whole eggs, cream, milk, oil, grated cheese, pepper, oregano, and salt. Pour over the dish, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake until golden.
