Ingredients:
3 large potatoes 2 tablespoons of butter 1 cup of yogurt Chopped parsley or chives Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Boil the potatoes whole with their skins on. Once they are soft, peel them, and before they cool, cut them into two or three pieces. Drizzle melted butter over them, and add salt, pepper, and room temperature yogurt. Garnish with parsley or chives.
