smoked chicken

Ingredients:
5 lbs of chicken 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup vinegar 6 cloves of garlic Salt to taste
Instructions:
Once the chickens are cleaned, marinate them with a sauce of garlic, vinegar, oil and salt. Keep in that marinade for approximately 4 hours. After that time, remove them from the marinade, drain them and place them in the smokehouse for 4 hours. This smokehouse, very common in country towns, is mainly made with guava branches. It can be served with boiled vegetables.
