Note:
Roasted Chicken with Mustard is an easy and quick recipe to make. It can be prepared in the oven or in a pressure cooker. Mustard is a sauce made from small seeds of the same name. Its cultivation is quite ancient and believed to originate from the area of Afghanistan. This sauce is ideal for pairing with poultry. Perhaps that's why these roasted chicken legs with mustard are so tasty. I hope you enjoy the recipe, and if you make it, don't forget to share a photo on our social media.
Ingredients:
- 8 chicken thighs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons of mustard sauce
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Oil
Instructions:
Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and coat them in mustard sauce.
Place them on the baking tray. Add the whole garlic cloves to roast them as well and drizzle a little oil over the chicken pieces.
Bake in the oven at 200ºC for 40 minutes. The time may vary depending on the characteristics of each oven. To know if the chicken is ready, simply poke it, and if no trickle of blood comes out, it means it is done.
Serve it freshly made. Decorate it with roasted garlic, and if you wish, you can prepare a vinaigrette.
In my case, I just added a splash of olive oil to finish. It's a simple dish with few ingredients, but an intense flavor.
I hope you enjoy it. Bon appétit!!
