Ingredients:
½ lb. of bread
2 cups of mango pulp
1¼ cups sugar
1 egg
½ tsp. of salt
1 tbsp. of butter
Instructions:
Crumble the bread crumbs and soak them with the mango pulp.
Add the sugar, beaten egg, salt and melted butter. Pour everything into a mold coated with caramel and cook in a bain-marie in the oven or pressure cooker until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry.
