Ingredients:
½ lb. of bread
2 cups of mango pulp
1¼ cups of sugar
1 egg
½ tsp. of salt
1 tbsp. of butter
Instructions:
Crumble the bread into pieces and soak them in the mango pulp. Add the sugar, beaten egg, salt, and melted butter. Pour everything into a caramel-coated mold and cook it in a water bath in the oven or in a pressure cooker until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry.
