Ingredients:
8 large potatoes
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Boil the potatoes with their peel and salt. Peel them, reduce them to a puree and mix them well in a deep bowl with the mayonnaise and mustard. Serve the puree very hot. Makes four servings.
