Ingredients:
4 medium beets
2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 cup of water
½ teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
Wash the raw beets well, peel them, and dice them. Put them in a pressure cooker with the rest of the ingredients and let them cook for ten minutes. If there is a lot of liquid when you open the pot, put it back on high heat, uncovered, until it reaches a light syrup consistency. Let it cool and serve it as a salad or side dish.
