Tomato Sauce is one of the most commonly used preparations in Cuban cuisine. Check out Chef Iván's recipe, which is inspired by the famous Vita Nuova Sauce. We recommend it because it is perfect for making the most of ripe tomatoes. Moreover, it is simple, easy to prepare, and has a delicious taste of Cuba. I hope you enjoy it. If you make it at home, don’t forget to share a photo with us on our social media.
