Ingredients:
5 chorizos
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of onion
2 tablespoons of ketchup
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 cup of white wine
1/2 cup of evaporated milk
4 tablespoons of butter
1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
3 eggs
Instructions:
Remove the casings from the chorizos. Place the meat mixture in a skillet with water and onion. Let it cook uncovered until most of the water has evaporated. Add the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring, until it reaches a thick paste consistency. Pour the mixture into a clay mold and allow it to cool completely before slicing and serving.
