Vegetable crudité salads are very fresh and natural recipes. These preparations are ideal for people who exercise, are on a medical diet due to overweight, or want to lead a healthy lifestyle. The Crudité Salad we propose has a very crunchy texture and a delicious mix of flavors. It should be prepared a little in advance so that the vegetables marinate in the dressing. It is tasty and quick to make. Ideal to accompany meats and fish. We hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients:
- ½ finely grated carrot
- 1 tablespoon of sweet corn kernels
- 1 handful of olives of your choice
- Fresh cheese cubes, made from cow's milk.
- ½ cucumber cut into small pieces
Instructions:
We wash the vegetables and cut them. We mix all the ingredients in a deep container. Since we will be consuming the vegetables raw, it is essential that they are very well washed before chopping them.
We dressed everything with the vinaigrette and let it rest for a few minutes in the fridge so the vegetables could marinate a bit with the dressing.
At the time of serving, we can add nuts. The most commonly used in Cuba are sesame, raisins, and peanuts.
