Ingredients:
  • 3 fillets of fish (Snapper)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 5 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 ml of cream
  • 100 ml of white wine
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion, finely julienned
Instructions:

Season the fish fillets to your liking. In a hot pan, melt the butter and brown the garlic. Add the cream and before it thickens, pour in the wine. When it begins to boil, incorporate the fish fillets and cover them with the sauce. Let them cook covered for 10 minutes. Add the lemon juice, capers, and onion. Cover again and let it cook on low heat for another 5 minutes or until the onion changes color and becomes translucent.

Serve hot and handle it carefully so that the fish fillet does not break. Cover it with the sauce, plenty of onions, and capers. You can accompany it with roasted potatoes, white rice, or a seasonal salad.
