The chorizo and cheese bite is a quick and easy recipe to make at home. It is ideal for a snack or a hearty breakfast. It contains ingredients rich in fats and carbohydrates, which is why it is recommended to consume it in the morning or afternoon to take advantage of all the energy.
Ingredients:
- 2 large freshly made toasts
- 4 thin slices of chorizo
- 4 slices of cheese
- 1 tomato for spreading
- 1 teaspoon of aioli or garlic paste
- Salt and oregano to taste
Instructions:
Wash the tomato and cut it in half. Rub it on one of the toasts. Add salt to taste and a pinch of oregano.
Spread the other toast with aioli or garlic paste. If using the second ingredient, be careful not to overdo the amount so that the flavor is not too intense.
Place the layers of cheese and chorizo on the toast with tomato, alternating them.
Wrap with the toast and alioli and make a crosswise cut to present the dish.
We suggest pairing it with a glass of orange juice or a chilled lemonade.
