- 2 cups of cooked white rice, preferably unsalted
- 2 onions
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 leek stalk
- 1 bunch of chives (green onion)
- ½ red pepper
- 120 grams of diced bacon
- 200 grams of roasted pork meat
- 150 grams of sweet ham
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 200 grams of cleaned shrimp
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon of Michín or monosodium glutamate
- 3 eggs
Wash and cut all the vegetables into thin julienne strips or into cubes. Also cut the meats and sausages into cubes. Beat the eggs and prepare an omelet or scrambled eggs and set everything aside.
Put the wok on high heat. Add the oil and when it's hot, add the onion and garlic. Remove it and cook each ingredient separately.
When the mise en place is ready, start mixing all the ingredients in the wok over high heat. Without stopping to stir to ensure the heat is distributed evenly, add the cooked white rice and mix well.
Add the soy sauce and continue sautéing the wok ingredients. Once well integrated, check the salt level. Finally, add the bean sprouts and finely chopped chives, mix, and let the rice rest for a couple of minutes.
Sauté it one last time and serve it freshly made. You can accompany it with soy sauce for each diner to add to their liking. Our chef also added a fried egg, but that is up to your choice.
Enjoy your meal!!
