Oven-roasted shrimp with potatoes, onions, and bell peppers

Note:
This is an ideal recipe for a quick and nutritious meal. It's very easy to make and can be cooking in the oven while you attend to other tasks or prepare another dish. Don’t miss out on this recipe because it's so good that you'll want to make it many times. You can substitute the shrimp with meats, sausages, or burgers.
Ingredients:
  • 10 large cold shrimp
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • Salt, pepper, and oregano to taste
  • Olive oil
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Wash the potatoes and slice them into approximately 1 cm thick rounds. Cut the onion into rings and the pepper into strips.

Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Place the potato slices on top without overlapping them, then add the shrimp, and finally, top with the onion rings and the sliced bell pepper.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste. Add a thin drizzle of olive oil to ensure it is as evenly distributed as possible.

Bake it for 15 minutes at 180ºC. Keep in mind that the time may vary depending on the characteristics of each oven and the amount of ingredients you use.
