- 250 grams of soy ground meat
- 2 loaves of 90 grams each
- Garlic, onion, green pepper, pepper, salt, and other powdered spices, all to taste.
To the thawed soy picadillo, add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper, all of which should be chopped beforehand. Then, season with salt, pepper, and any other spices you wish to use.
The bread should be soaked in water for a few minutes, then the water is removed, and it is added to the mixture of the ground meat along with the seasonings. Everything is then kneaded until a smooth paste is achieved.
The contents are placed in a plastic bag and sealed, making sure it is as airtight as possible to prevent water from entering. The filled bag is then placed in a pressure cooker with water for 40 minutes.
Then remove it from the heat, allow it to cool, and take out the contents of the plastic bag.
It can be sliced, diced, or made into sauce... there are many ways to enjoy it. Bon appétit!
