- 250 grams of soy ground meat
- 2 loaves of 90 grams
- Garlic, onion, and green pepper, pepper, salt, and other powdered seasonings, all to taste.
The thawed soy picadillo is combined with garlic, onion, and bell pepper, all previously chopped. Add salt, pepper, and any other seasoning powders you wish to use.
The bread should be soaked in water for a few minutes, then the water is removed and it is added to the ground meat mixture with the seasonings. Everything is kneaded until a homogeneous paste is achieved.
The content is poured into a plastic bag and sealed, trying to keep it as hermetically isolated as possible to prevent water from entering. The filled bag is placed in a pressure cooker with water for 40 minutes.
Then it is taken off the heat, cooled down, and the contents of the plastic bag are removed.
It can be cut into slices, cubes, made into sauce... there are many ways to eat it. Enjoy your meal!
